Every month on my period if I don't take vicodin the day before I will vomit nonstop for a whole day. It's always been like that, and lately if it starts like that I end up going to the ER. The two ER's I go to have record of this and have prescribed me vicodin before but have told me to go to my regular doctor and get a prescription. I've just been lazy and forgotten about it, and also think that if I ask for something like vicodin it'll look like I want it to get high or something. And when I told my doctor about my vomiting I was only prescribed ibuprofen which I told them doesn't work but they didn't care. If I call one of the ER's that have numerous ER visits recorded with me vomiting, think they'll give me a prescription? One time I went to the ER and all they did was give me a prescription. I can't go to my regular doctor right now because it's the weekend and they aren't open, but I know my period will start soon and IDK what to do because I WILL start vomitting the first day. Should I call and ask? What are the odds they won't give me any prescription until I go in there vomiting and gross?

So it started. I'm probably going to start vomiting tonight because I haven't taken anything except ibuprofen and that's never strong enough. I've tried Reglan but that doesn't help a lot and I can't get Zofran because it's crazy expensive. Vicodin is the only thing that helps. I think it's because I vomit from the pain I get on my period. IDK.
I don't think my doctors office has an emergency number, I can't seem to find one so I think I'm going to end up going to the ER. If I call before I start vomiting think they'll give me a prescription??
