i want to buy a new phone for my mom. we both have a tmobile plan already and we both have blackberries but i want to buy a new phone for her and im not the administrator of our plan. i am 13 and i do have money, so can i buy the phone on my own or do i have to get her permission, which will ruin the surprise. by the way its the blackberry bold i want to get her
