can i buy bluetooth for my car?

i would like to listen to my iPod in the car, only problem i have is i don't have Bluetooth or a headphone hookup.. i did buy one of those FM transmitters but it sucked and always goes in and out. Is there anything i can buy that i can listen to my iPod through some kind of Bluetooth device, without installing something or buying a new stereo
