Alright so currently I am a Verizon Wireless customer. My current phone is the Samsung Zeal (update of Alias 2). I have no data plan and have never had one. My question is "Can i go onto eBay or Amazon and buy a Droid 3 and go home and switch it on their website and get away with not having to pay the data plan, but get to use Internet and all the other cool features?" I have before switched phones off their website but never from a feature phone to a smart phone.
