I understand that you can buy cheap unlocked phones that are for carriers such as T-Mobile and Cingular, but is there any way you can do the same for Verizon? I have a plan with them and I lost my phone and I am not up for an upgrade, so I want to buy a cheap phone not through them since almost every phone on their website is incredibly expensive at the full retail price. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
