I'd like to know can i build my own arcade cabinets for downloaded mame games to open my own arcade.Is it against the law, to download and sale the roms. And if that's against the law. Can I do the same thing but not charge for the games in my place of business. For example if I opened up a restaurants can I place the games in there so the costumer could play them for free and not charge them to play. Is this against to law.
