Hi,
Under the new planning permission regulations apparently you don't need planning permission to build a two storey rear extension if it's max 3m depth. Does this mean that there is nothing that can get in the way of going through with the work (other than physical restraints of course)? Not even neighbours taking issue? This is a detached house in the far south of London...
