Can i browse all internet sites with the FIDO Unlimited mobile browsing add-on?

I just bought a new data phone and i want to get unlimited web browsing on the phone.

I see that FIDO has $10 unlimited mobile browsing.
Will this allow me to see all internet sites such as google, youtube, and international sites?(Phone supports my home language)

And what is the difference from unlimited mobile browsing and data add ons?
 
well the unlimited browser mean that u can only View the web from the fido WAP like lets says u go to google and search www.rogers.com u will be getting charged DATA
 
it's not true. With $10 unlimited WAP you can go everywhere for free, just if Mobile browser allows to view the page. I have been using it for 2 years.
