Can I bring a lawsuit against my neighbor for having someone living in a

car in front of my house? I tolerated the person living in the car for a week, The person living in the car, is not the owner of the car.. The owner stays inside my neighbors house, and leaves this guy to stay out in the car 24 hours a day.I finally asked my neighbor to please have them move the car in front of her house,( the car has broken out rear quarter window, and is in very bad shape). I added that she should put her truck in front of my house, and move the junker in front of her. My neighbor does not want this guy in her house,most likely because he looks like he is strung out on heavy drugs. He leaves trash and cigarette butts in front of my house, and i cant even open my front door because he sits there and stares inside my house. I dont want to call the police because it wouldnt do anything to my neighbor, who is the one pulling this crap One word from her and they would move the car immediately.I have lived in my home for 17 years, she has lived in hers for 2 years.What I want to do, is sue her, even if its only in small claims court. If anyone knows if this is possible, could you please tell me on what grounds I would base my lawsuit? I live in California, Los Angeles County.
