Yes. But first you have to write a book and make sure it is good enough to be published... which must not be a difficult thing to do, since Twilight got published.

well,it would be much easier to get a book published if your parent(s )could get books published,like Christopher Paolini did when he was fifteen
but,if they didnt,which its probably not likely,it will be pretty tough
