Can i be sued for unpaid sprint cell phone bills?

i had a contract with sprint and sprint really sucks they charged me for a 9-1-1 call and they didnt tell me that i had to pay for the litmit of 150 dollars either as well as the phone bill as well worried about this thanks
just want to know if sprint can sue me for not paying my bill thats all. just adding some additional info
