Alright, well I made the mistake of having an affair with a friends girlfriend and of course it backfired and he of course found out I liked her and hates me and we don't talk anymore. Anyways, she lied to him and told him that I'd make up the story of sleeping with her in order for him not to break up with her etc etc. Well, during our affair, I obtained plenty of evidence to prove that we did, in fact, have sex. One of which is a naked picture of her. She took the picture herself its obvious in the pic, and sent it to me from her phone while I was sitting right next to her. After a couple months of her being a total bitch and blaming everything on me so people don't hate her, I'm getting tired of her not taking responsibility for her own actions. So I showed a couple mutual friends of the boyfriend and they took the initiative to tell him that something went on, that it wasn't just me. Now because of me having shown a couple people, she's claiming that she can sue me even though I haven't posted the pic on the internet ANYWHERE or anything of the sort.
My question: Does she really have the ability to sue me for said picture?
