Can I be charged for drifting in the sleet?

I have a 1974 Challenger with well over 400 horse power, so I can get the car sideways wet or dry. We recently got some snow, and I drifted the bus loop at the school. Minutes after, there were a few officers cruising around. I gauruntee people seen, but I am sure there were no police. If the police did pull me over, could they charge me?
I know I was going to get asked "Why drive a Challenger in the snow" Well, I was driving and there was a snow storm of about 2 centimeters! No salt nothing, plus I love taking corners sideways!
