3 months ago, I cancelled my old number (so I would only have one). 2 weeks later, someone fraudulently took that number out and I had an invoice sent to me.
It went through the fraud team. They sent a letter back stating, it was fraud, and that number would be canceled.
Then a few weeks later, the number was live again, and also the number I'm using now had been tampered with.
Also money is needed to be re-enbursed (I had to ring up to confirm, only to find out, they put it on hold due to the fraud team again).
I've basically had enough of Vodafone... Is there any compensation I can get from them?
