ok here is my dilemma... i have been a T-mobile customer for about 7 years now and i love them (no complaints) but my company is with at&t and has offered me unlimited voice & texts for 9.99 plus tax (they said i can use the phone for work and play so no limits) but back in febuary of 2007 i signed a 2 year contract... my question is, is there any way to get the termination fee waived or atleast reduced considering i have been such a good customer for such a long time.... or am i stuck with it Thanks in advance

No way to get out of the contract unless you can prove you are moving to an area we don't provide proprietary coverage. Is there someone you know that would be willing to do a billing change of responsibility and take over your account? PM me if you have more questions. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

Not sure on that one. I am a teck not in CS, and I don't think many CS people come in here LOL. One thing to your questions above though, I beleive the ETF fee is not based on the amount of time left on the contract, not just a flat 200 per line. So the best thing you can do is call and talk to CS>

yeah thats a good idea... maybe i should but im sure i will probably get the same answer Last Z has told me but thanks alot to both you guys

ETF is $200 per line, we aren't prorating that I know of, not yet anyways. What you can do is port your number out, that will cancell your service, call the next day tell them you want to resume the line with a new number and they will have you agree to a 1 year contract if you had less than 1 year left. Then tell them you give the new user permission to take over the line. They will transfer you to activations, the new user will have to give them some credit info. If all is well they will then move the line to the new users name. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

Be wary of AT&T's BS. The "unlimited" talk and text is to AT&T customers only... You can get the unlimited text on tmo for $10, and use grandcentral with a myfaves plan...unlimited everything

Very good idea! Everyone is happy! Hopefully the new Cust's credit allows them 2 do an annual contract, and not flexpay monthly! I've had a few customers get their feelings hurt with that.
