I am currently in the MN Army National Guard. I have to pay for student loans, rent, food, and phone bill...every month. I ONLY make about $250 per month. It is not even enough to pay for my rent... I graduated from University of Minnesota with a Mechanical Engineering degree at Dec 2009. I haven't been able to find a full-time job ever since.
Can I apply for unemployment benefits while I am in the Army National Guard?
