I have whole milk and a mini can of evaporated(does it expire LOL, my mom had it and never used it), so can I just stretch the evaporated into the 14 oz I need to make a pumpkin pie? I CANNOT go to the store, and don't have any other substitutes available. I'll be using tinned pumpkin along w/ a store bought pie dough. I have pumpkin pie spice but not all the originally called for stuff. I'm also making a pumpkin roll, so I'll be using the leftover pumpkin, and how much does it equal in cups? Any help would be appreaciated
