...one betta? Hello, everyone. I purchased 3 gallon bowls for my betta fish. So there is one fish per bowl. They are happy and are much more active in their newer larger environment.
I change about a gallon of water in each bowl about every 3rd day to keep their water fresh and clean. I use de-chlorinator as per directions on the bottle.
So my question is can I add something to their bowls other than snails? I read somewhere that snails and/or ghost shrimp can be added but my bettas ate them all. Luckily they were only 25 cents a piece.
Does anyone have any ideas/experience? I was dissuaded from adding fiddler crabs because they would try and eat the bettas.
