Can I add new freshwater fish?

I whent to the store and bought some Platy's. But when I came home I noticed a fish had ick (those little white dots) and I took him out, but also noticed one of my barbs had a bit of ick, so I added these blue tablets that cure ick, and removed my carbon filter.
BUt I was wondering if my platy's will die cause of the medication? Can I still put them in?
 
If one fish has ick it is possible all fish have ick. they don't have to show signs/symptoms. It is fine to put them in the tank. The faster you put them in the better their changes of survival.
