I live in a mobile home park own my house and my boyfriend and I are getting married June 4 2010 and the manger doesnt want to add my fiancee cuz it gives him access to half of my property but we live in california and its a community property state. Dont they have to just add him on my lease if I want them too ? without a credit check ? cuz she told me she needed to run one but ive been approved and own my house and been living here for 3 years
