H Hans New member Dec 1, 2010 #1 I have a Green Card which US Cellular would not accept over the phone to pay my monthly bill. As I am nowhere NEAR a us cell store I can just by a Boost for the time being but can I activate it online or over the phone with my pre-paid Green Card?
