I'm a 2nd year at a University, and its really expensive. Right now I'm waiting to see how much financial aid I get, and I will stay depending on how much I receive. I've also applied for a CUNY just incase I can't stay, and I got accepted. They want me to fill out a form and they are asking me if I'm going to attend or not. If I accept then does that mean I have to go 100%?
