Can humans really affect climate change? How?

"Global warming" has not received the same notoriety of late - probably because of the economy. Nevertheless, was it caused by humans? Can humans actually cause global temperature change? If so, how?
"Conservative", I'm inclined to believe you're probably right. However, would you still like to answer the question, please?

No, probably because it's getting cooler.
 
The problem is that not everyone knows if we caused it or not. Regardless it can't hurt to conserve our fossil fuels as they are a limited resource. May as well kill two birds with one stone; even if one of them (global warming) may not be solvable.
