Can humans really affect climate change? How?

"Global warming" has not received the same notoriety of late - probably because of the economy. Nevertheless, was it caused by humans? Can humans actually cause global temperature change? If so, how?

It is really the products you purchase and the manufacturing that creates them. So, yes some of the greedy or ignorant humans...

The problem is that not everyone knows if we caused it or not. Regardless it can't hurt to conserve our fossil fuels as they are a limited resource. May as well kill two birds with one stone; even if one of them (global warming) may not be solvable.
