can htc tatoo play movies....?

im lookin out for a new phone....checked out the htc tattoo...an android phone for killer price...i think i should get one..its got everythin i need and more..only thing that worries me is the video playback capability....how good is tattoo for movie watching....is anywhere close to the nokia 5800....does it play mp4...etc
