I have had 4 events over the past few months, and I can't find the cause. Could it be hot flashes (I am 45) but without heat? Symptoms: start to feel slight tightness in chest, and then heart starts to race and feel irregular. I feel a faint when this happens and once almost passed out. But if I go outside and get some cold air, it helps a lot. I was worried it was my heart and saw a cardio--he did tests and says my heart is fine. All I can think is hot flashes...that just are not hot? Any ideas?
