covenants of the neighborhood? The HOA where I live sent out a letter stating that there were 'issues' within the neighborhood that if not addressed would require formal citations and/or legal action. Nowhere in the covenants is anything mentioned about some of these 'issues'. Can they legally enforce something that is not in the covenants?
The 'issue' that I have an 'issue' with is the HOA (which is voluntary, and we are not a member of) stated that there are problems with blowing grass clippings into your own driveway or into the roadway.
