A golf ball (m = 46.0 g) is struck with a force that makes an angle of 45 with the horizontal. The ball lands 200 m away on a flat fairway. If the golf club and ball are in contact for 7.00 ms, find the average force of impact. (neglect air resistance.)

first you have to find the initial velocity.

range of object projected at an angle
R = V²sin(2θ)/g, V is initial velocity

200 = V²(1/9.8)sin 90
V² = 1960
V = 44.27 m/s

Now you know it accelerates to that speed in 7 ms, find acceleration.
a = ∆V/∆t = 44.27/0.005 = 8854 m/s²

now use F=ma
F = 8854 m/s² x 0.46 kg = 4073 Newtons
