Can heat or steam from a shower set off asthma? I've been having a really hard time when I take showers in the morning. Most days I end up having to rush through them because I can't breathe. It makes me sick every time, because having asthma attacks, or even before one's about to start, really drains me.
Could the heat or steam from the shower be setting it off? And if so, is there anything more I can do to prevent these attacks? I know my asthma's not fully under control; I have an appointment on the 24th with my allergist to figure out what we can do for the asthma, but I'm absolutely miserable with these attacks or near-attacks every morning. Advice?
