I told her to shut up and she kept nagging about me going out drinking. I warned her many times to close her mouth. She wouldn't listen so I had to smack her around because I couldn't here the t.v. set. I say she asked for it so she can't get money from me. Plus she is only 17 and Im 45 so she is too young to sue, or should I move away so she gets nothing?
