Can getting your wisdom teeth removed permanently change the way I look? ?

I know this sounds like a dumb question but yeah, I gotta know. my mouth looks super screwed up. I just got all 4 out this morning. I can't open my mouth more than an inch. I feel tugging if I try opening it more. I'm scared I'll rip my stitched. my cheeks are already bruised and my whole face is swollen. is all this normal? and when I put a light in my mouth to see the holes, I don't see anything. unless I puff my cheek out as much as I can. wtf man.
