Can get to my folders now what?

hello i am new here and stumped,
on my Cal-Comp A300 (cricket MSGM8)
I am in QPST EFS Explorer with my code,
but all the folders have red slashes
through them...
any idea on how i can fix this?

Why? Oh why? Are you in QPST EFS explorer? What are you attempting to do? Just need more details for anyone to be able to help. You might be diving into something that can brick your phone.
