I have recently been diagnosed with gastritis and have not started treatment yet , I have been taking paroxetine 30mg for many years for anxiety and depression and have been feeling extremely jumpy , tearful and generally horrible for the last few weeks , could it be that my body isn't absorbing it properly ? Grateful for any advice .
