Coffee, milk and alcoholic beverages cause me to urinate excessively. Not just excessively, but one moment I don't need to go, then the next I need to go right away, sometimes it's an emergency. When I do go, the flow is greatly restricted, prolonged and incomplete. Also, I need to return to urinate a short time later and multiple times (2 or 3 times) throughout the day.

If I don't injest any of the above liquiRAB for 1, or 2 days, or I work out vigorously (1 to 2 hours) my body returns to a normal urine cycle; i.e., every 4 to 5 hours with gradual building of the urge to urinate, with normal flow and time span to urinate.
