can flat black paint make my car less noticable to cop radar?

i drive a red "93" dodge stealth, there is no mods on it or anything, i have never had problems with cops before, but i recently became a moving target to the cops in my area and i started thinking of ways to make my car less noticable. i bought a radar detector and a laser shield for my plates. then i started thinking maybe a flat black paint would not make my car stand as much on a cop radar
