I recently found some strength building vise grips and so when you grip them they create fore arm strength, Can I over do it, is it possible. What it basically does is give you a stronger grip and what I like about is its simple, easy, not time consuming like a full blown rutine would be, It could put some weight to me, and a strong grip can be a very practical ability to improve. The only other strength building exercise I do is one that specifically builds my left abdomen because its off balence with my right.
