Can Draft messages in handphone be transfered out to computers?

I need some help here i cant read my draft messages and messages in inbox it doesnt allow me to open even when i select open. so i was wondering if i can transfer them and den restart the whole mobile phone by *#7370#
 
Sorry i would like to add in can i save contacts from my phones to my computer and den after i restart the phone thing can i transfer them back?
