I have been bulk billed by a doctor for the last 7 years as i am on a disability support pension. Now the clinic has said that they are only going to bulk bill aged pensioners. Isn't that discrimination? If we weren't needing critical medical care why are we on the pension for?
can doctors refuse to bulk bill D.S.P. recipients and only bulk bill aged pensioners.?
