Can Dish Network Receivers be connected from their phone jacks to a wireless

internet connection? I have two receivers and am being charged $10/month just because I have no phone line to plug them in to! I'm wondering if there's a device I can plug in to the phone jack in the back of the receivers that would send the info Dish Network needs through my wireless internet signal. To be clear, I do NOT have a phone line to my house, only a cable modem attached to my wireless router. Thanks in advanced for any answers you give, especially if it saves me money in the end! =)
