The thickest part of my thigh is 50cm, calf is 34 and ankle is 23. And its big and muscular T_T
Will cycling actually slim down my calves? If yes, is there a required height for the saddle or the posture to have effect? How long should i cycle? Flat ground? anyway, whats the difference between toning and slimming? I want my legs to be slimmer, so that it looks longer. Is there a sport where i can slim down my legs, as im into sports.
