can cross trainer bike cause your boobs to flatten?

they said doing squats and cross trainers can increase butt size and ,hips size (also hips if im right). is there harms in doing so much of it on some other parts especially my boobs, i dont want my boobsto flatten at all how long sould i stay in the bike exercise thing. can u give me some some more effective basic exercise for the butt and abbs which i could do here just at home.
im actually quite thin im 7 stones and does that mean i have to be fat to add butt size and some other curves. cause they said i hav to be if i wann go exercise some parts in my body, they also said that if i exercise with this weight there is a chance i could loose my boobs and some other which are left can u confirm that
