Can Corsa B Bumpers be fitted onto pre-faclift model?

I have a N reg Corsa but the bumpers are not colour coded and are the usual boring black colour! Can the coloured bumpers from a post-facelift model (e.g S reg) be fitted straight on? Not sure because of the different shaped grill etc.

Also if they can be put on but adjustments are needed, any advice would be appreciated.
