...mandatory under the Commerce Clause? Now that the Fed Courts of Appeal has ruled that under the Commerce Clause people have to buy Health Insurance, is there any checks to Congresses power to dictate what we can and cannot buy?
According to 0bama,Reid,Pelosi etc,I guess we have to buy whatever they tell us to.So I guess look forward to a Brussel Sprouts Mandate from Michelle 0bama soon.
