I am going to use some used water pipe to make a bumper for My Baja Bug. I am going tobend the pipes, but fear that it may cause kinks and ripples. If I fill those defects with molten led it will be easy to shape and repair. My question is: Will those areas still take the chrome plate?
can chrome plating be done over lead repairs?
