Can chipped rims be fixed? (Repaired/Resurfaced/Re-chromed)?

I have a set of rims on my Jetta and they

are NICE rims, but the person who had the

car before me apparently didn't know how to drive

worth a fuck, so they are all chipped up and scratched

up, nothing terribly deep.

I just want to know, is it possible to have rims

resurfaced or repaired, or some sort of process

that will make them look new again.

Black is what I am going for, but I would take

whatever.

They are aluminum wheels.

I would like to know;

If this is possible

Where one might have this done

Cost of this project
