...in washington state? Bought a used pickup to haul things to the dump. I was concerned that a future lien by child support may happen due to a child support fraud issue my wife was involved in when we split,which we cannot clear up at this time do to lack of legal representation,so we only put my wife as the registered owner on the pickup. Had power trippin issues on said pickup when wife and I had another brief split. We now need to buy another car due to the fact our old one is having major issues. I want to have my name on title but not if it will have a lien on it in the future by child support.
