my partner of 5 years split up with me about 2 weeks before starting chemo . i only found out about the cancer 3 months later when he finally decided to tell me..he seems to have turned his back on most people and doesnt want to know a lot of people from his past. hes still working but doent seem to go out socialising now. he can be nice one day and stropy the next. his skin is looking very grey now and his hair is starting to fall out. he wont talk about it and wont eccept any1 helping him and wont let anyone go with him to chemo although ive offered. hes told me hes going to be fine but can anyone tell me whether they have had similar experience and whether this behaviour is normal? im worried sick about him and wish he would let me be there for him.
can chemo give you mood swings?
