i went vegetarian 2 weeks ago and have been working out about 5 times a week for about 3 weeks. i feel like i am having pms symptoms (cramps, moodiness, pressure down there, tender nipples) but i am 5 days late. i was due around the 9'th of may. could my changes have effected my cycle? or should i get a preg test? (AAAAAAH!)
