Can cats eat mutton (sheep)?

my cats live on a raw meat diet (that I make myself) and recently one of my boys has been having breakouts due to his FGC (food allergies). In my quest to find a meat/protein that won't make my kitty allergic, I have come across the possibility of feeding him Mutton. I can't seem to find any info on the internet about people having given mutton to cats before. Does anyone know if sheep is safe for cats? Is it too rich? (meats that are too rich like veal and beef can make cats sick) Has anyone ever fed their own cats mutton?

Please feel free to suggest other meats that are safe for cats, but so far my cats have already eaten: Chicken, Duck, Turkey, Pheasant, Rabbit, Mouse, Veal (too rich).

I believe cats can eat mutton/sheep. But I don't think it's good for them. Any raw meat is bad for cats. Cats shouldn't eat any meat.
