letter to the POA in his family? Hello, My dad passed away unexpectedly in Jan 09. He had an expensive $680 a month car loan. He did not have a will and it took us a bit of time to get poa because of grieving, burial, complete confusion as to how to handle everything, and lack of money. He purchased the car Nov 28 and put down $7500. The first payment was due Jan 13, but he passed away on Jan 10. We went to the dealer and they said to take back the car we would have to pay them $2300. We did not do anything because we did not have the money to pay them right away and did not want to get ripped off. Mercedes made a few phone calls asking about the estate and sent a bill. This entire time we did not move the car and left it in his condo lot. We went back to the condo in late March and they had repossessed the car. No call or letter! My mom (poa) got the car out of repo after paying $1900 for 3 months and then returned it to dealer and paid them $2400. I feel we were wronged, scammed for sure, but -do we have any legal recourse?

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.
