Anyone know where I can find the answer to this? I've been searching all day and its the weekend so I can't get in touch with an attorney right now. I just sold two properties on Friday and now the buyer realized he wanted me to give him more money for something he left out of the HUD-1 settlement statement. Will I have to comply with this? Its in Pennsylvania if that makes any difference. Looking for a website to provide some answer if you know of any. Thanks!
